About Us

Our boutique hotel is a spacious and comfortable retreat, perfect for a fun and relaxing getaway. There are a total of 4 Lofts to choose from. Each one has an open floor plan that boasts several features that will make your stay even more enjoyable including; a kitchenette, a cozy living area with a smart TV, a comfy bed, and a large outdoor patio for all our Loft guests to enjoy. Our rooms are located on the second floor of the building with elevator access, great for easy transport of personal luggage or bikes.

LOCATION:

We are located in the heart of downtown Loveland. A historical town with a modern feel where you can walk to all the casual and fine dining restaurants, shops, venues, a brewery, and bars (within Loveland's designated outdoor refreshment areas). Surrounded by beautiful foliage from multiple parks, the Little Miami River, and the Scenic Bike Trail which makes this an incredibly unique town to visit. For the outdoor enthusiast, you can explore water adventures on the Little Miami River (like canoe and kayak rentals), and enjoy the views of the paved Little Miami Scenic Trail by going for a walk, run, bike ride (rentals nearby), or have a picnic at Nisbet Park or the East Loveland Nature Preserve. There are so many more attractions surrounding our area that once you experience our town and the accommodations we offer, you will want to extend your stay!

For any guests who would like to continue their workout regimen while away from home, we have collaborated with Anytime Fitness to provide our guests with free 24/7 access to their gym while staying with us at the Lofts. Their location is less than a mile away from our facility. 

We also have a variety of upselling items that include experiences (Couples Challenge) and romantic packages to choose from. If this is something that interests you, please feel free to reach out to discuss further details or add it as an extra when booking.

*PLEASE NOTE*

There is NOT an actual staff member on-site to check you in. The Lofts operate remotely, much like an Airbnb, with a smart lock entry. You will receive your check-in directions and a link to our welcome guidebook before your arrival via email (to the email address that is listed on your reservation). You can expect your key code and check-out instructions to arrive via email as soon as your room becomes available or within the hour before your 3 pm check-in time.

PARKING: 

We provide 1 parking spot per room. We have designated signs in our lot across from Narrow Path Brewery and a parking pass that you will receive in your room to put on the dashboard of your car. There are a lot of unpaid and paid lots throughout Loveland if you need additional parking. Vehicles without a pass or if guests have not communicated with the staff reasons for not having one displayed upon arrival will be towed. 

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES: 

Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 10 am. If you need to adjust these times for any reason please email us to discuss availability.
