THE LOFTS
Welcome to our boutique hotel, a spacious and comfortable retreat designed for a memorable getaway. We offer four distinct Lofts, each featuring an open floor plan that enhances your stay with amenities such as a kitchenette, a cozy living area with a smart TV, a comfortable bed, a queen-size sofa pullout, and a large outdoor patio accessible to all Loft guests.
Each room has a unique ambiance, so be sure to read the description under each room to find the one that best suits your needs. Our accommodations are located on the second floor and are easily accessible via an elevator, making it convenient for transporting your belongings or bicycles.
LOCATED IN THE HEART OF HISTORIC LOVELAND
Tucked between two beloved restaurants in the heart of downtown Loveland, our boutique hotel places you at the center of a town that blends historic charm with a modern, walkable vibe. Just steps from your door, you’ll find a curated mix of casual and fine dining, artisan shops, local breweries, bars, and cultural venues—all located within Loveland’s Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area, where you can sip and stroll at your leisure.
Surrounded by lush parks and the scenic Little Miami River, Loveland is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts. Enjoy canoeing or kayaking from nearby rental spots, or explore the picturesque Little Miami Scenic Trail—perfect for walking, cycling, or running. Nisbet Park and the East Loveland Nature Preserve offer peaceful green spaces ideal for a quiet picnic or an afternoon wander.

FITNESS FACILITY OFFSITE
To help you maintain your workout routine while on vacation, we have partnered with Anytime Fitness to provide our guests with complimentary access to their gym. Their location is less than a mile away from our facility. In order to use this facility you will need a key fob from us so make sure to add it on in the Extras sections during checkout.
PETS
We welcome pets exclusively in Loft 2. To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, pets must be friendly, quiet, and up to date on vaccinations.
If you’re bringing a pet, please add the “Pet” option on the Extras page during booking. A cleaning fee applies.
For everyone’s comfort and safety, pets are not allowed on the furniture and must be crated when unattended. Please keep your pet leashed while outside your room. Any damage or accidents may incur additional charges.
PARKING
Each room comes with one designated parking spot. These are clearly marked in our lot across from Narrow Path Brewery, and you will find a parking pass in your room to display on your dashboard. Additional unpaid and paid parking options are available throughout Loveland if needed. Please be aware that vehicles without a pass, or those for which guests have not communicated their parking situation, are subject to towing.
AGE REQUIREMENT
Guests must be 21 or older to reserve a room.

Call for same-day reservations at 513-295-8038 so we can make sure we send your check in instructions before your arrive.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 10 am. If you need to adjust these times for any reason please email us to check availability.
CONVENIENT CHECK-IN, PEACE OF MIND GUARANTEED
While there is no on-site staff member for check-ins, The Lofts are equipped with Ring cameras at the balcony and main hallway entrances, allowing us to be virtually present and help ensure your comfort and safety throughout your stay.
Our property operates remotely—similar to Airbnb—using a secure smart lock system. Before your arrival, you’ll receive detailed check-in instructions and a link to our digital welcome guidebook via the email provided in your reservation.
Your personal key code and checkout instructions will be sent on the day of arrival, prior to our standard 3 PM check-in time. If your suite is ready earlier, we’re happy to send your access information ahead of schedule notifying you of the time you may settle in sooner.
