- Can I bring my bikes in the room? Yes, two bikes should fit comfortably. However, bringing anymore than that will be a bit tight.
- May I have an early check-in or later check-out? This is based off availability. Let us know that you are interested by writing in the comments section when you book or email us directly and we will accommodate if possible.
- Can I have a party on the balcony at the Lofts? Parties are not allowed at the Lofts, unless you rent all 4 rooms for the night. The party can consist of small gatherings of up to 20-25 people. There will be an extra fee of $50. Please note that no more than four people may stay overnight in each room. For inquires about parties, please email for more details.
- Is there elevator access to reach the second floor to the Lofts? Yes! The elevetor is located outside Bishops Quarter restaurant in the back of the building, by the alley way. It will take you to the entrance of the Lofts' private communal balcony.
- Can I bring my pet? In Room 2, we allow only quiet and friendly pets that up to date on shots and vaccines. To reserve Loft 2 with a pet during the booking process go to our Exras page and add Pet and their will be an addtional cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed on any furniture, and must remain crated when left in the room unattended and on a leash outside of your room. If there are any accidents or damages caused by your pet to the furniture, towels, carpet or floor you will be charged for those damages.
- I am getting married, can I have my bridal party, makeup artist/ hair dresser/ photographer in my room? Yes, you are in charge of letting them in and out of the building. We will not grant them access if they to call us; They will need to park in an unpaid or paid lot around Loveland. We also ask that you be considerate of your noise level for the other guests. Please no glitter or we will charge an additional cleaning fee.
- Can I purchase a gift card? We do gift vouchers for the amount you want to put towards a reservation and we send it to you via email for you to print out. We will put a personalized promo code for one time use on the gift card that the person receiving will use during the booking process.
- What is your cancellation policy? For a full refund you must cancel 8 days before your reservation. Cancellation made after that will incur the full charge. As a small local business we do not have the luxury to fill up those spots in a short time frame. We hope you can understand.
- Can you help plan and decorate my room for a special occasion? Yes, we take great joy in creating lasting impressions and experiences for our guests and their loved ones. Check out our Extras page and if you don't see what your looking for email us to discuss details and pricing.
- When and where can I locate my key codes to enter the building and my room? We send your key code via email within the hour before check in time, which is at 3pm. If you are unsure how to use the keypad, please refer to the link to our welcome guidebook that you received in your booking confirmation. Turn to the check-in and check-out page for a visual example on how to use it.
- We are driving separate can we have an extra parking spot? Unfortunatley we cannot accommodate two parking spots. For additionaly parking there is a large lot with free parking by The Works Pizza.
- Do you have access to a gym? We have recently partnered with Anytime Fitness to provide our guests with complimentary access to their gym. Simply add this as an extra when booking your reservation or leave a note in the comment section. We will provide you with a key fob and a waiver to sign, which will be in your room. You must turn in the waiver to gain access to their gym.
