1. Can I bring my bikes into the room?
Yes! Two bikes will fit comfortably in the room. Bringing more than two may be a tight squeeze.
2. May I have an early check-in or late check-out? This depends on availability. Let us know by writing in the comments section when booking or email us directly—we’ll do our best to accommodate.
3. Can I have a party on the balcony at the Lofts?
Parties are not allowed unless you reserve all four rooms for the night. Even then, gatherings are limited to 20–25 people maximum. Exceeding this is a serious violation of fire code and balcony structural limits and will result in a $1,000 fine. Unauthorized guests will be asked to leave.
An additional $150 fee applies to all approved gatherings. We also require a refundable security deposit for incidentals, which will be returned to you after the event, provided no issues are reported.
Please note: No more than 4 guests may stay overnight in each room.

4. Is there elevator access to reach the second floor?
Yes! The elevator is located outside the Bishop’s Quarter restaurant, near the alleyway in the back of the building. It will take you directly to the Lofts’ private communal balcony entrance.
5.Can I bring my pet?
Dogs are permitted only in Loft 2 and must be friendly, quiet, and current on vaccinations.
Pet reservations must be added during booking under “Extras.” A $30 cleaning fee applies, along with a $150 refundable security deposit, placed as a credit card pre-authorization at check-in and released after departure pending inspection.
Pets must not be left on furniture, must be crated when unattended, and must remain leashed in all common areas. Any damage or excessive cleaning will result in additional charges.
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in additional fees or immediate eviction without refund.
6. Can my bridal party, makeup artist, hair stylist, or photographer come to my room?
Yes. Bridal parties and vendors are welcome for getting-ready purposes.
If you have not reserved all four lofts, occupancy is limited to a maximum of 6–8 total people in the room at any given time (including the guest, bridal party, and vendors). This ensures comfort, safety, and respect for other guests in the building.
Larger gatherings or continuous traffic beyond this limit are considered an event and must be approved in advance. Unauthorized visitors will be asked to leave. Additional event fees may apply.
You are responsible for granting building access to your party and vendors. We are unable to provide entry if they contact us directly.
All visitors must use nearby public or paid parking. Please be mindful of noise levels out of respect for other guests.
No glitter or similar materials are permitted. Additional cleaning fees may apply if used.
7. Can I purchase a gift card?
We offer gift vouchers for any amount. We'll email you a printable card with a personalized promo code for the recipient to use during booking.
8. What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel up to 8 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the reservation will be charged in full. As a small local business, we appreciate your understanding.
10. When and how will I receive my key codes?
Your entry code will be emailed the day of your reservation, at least an hour before check-in (3 PM).
If you’re unsure how to use the keypad, refer to the Welcome Guidebook linked in your confirmation email. The check-in page includes step-by-step instructions and a visual guide.
11. We're driving separate, can we get an extra parking spot?
Unfortunately, we can only provide one parking spot per room. For additional parking, use the large free lot near The Works Pizza just down the street.
12. Do you have access to a gym?
Yes! We’ve partnered with Anytime Fitness to offer complimentary guest access. Just select the gym option in our Extras during booking or leave a note in your reservation.
You’ll find the key fob and temporary waiver that needs to be filled out and turned into to Anytime Fitness in your room.
